Let’s Dance With me is fast growing five star reputation dance school in Naples, FL. As a company which been established in 2016, we are serving the community of nearly 332,000 people in Naples and it’s metropolitan area. We are a unique dance school in the market offering dance instruction package to children and adults in a variety of dance styles with “No Ceiling” policy to our employees.

We don’t pigeonhole crew members into “only running the dance lessons” or “only doing dance competitions and classes”; we believe in fair compensation packages based on professional resumes, and achievements of up to 80 - 120K / year + within the first year with us. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Let's Dance With Me is seeking passionate and versatile dance instructors to join our full-time team! Candidates should ideally have experience or interest in teaching a variety of styles, including Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Tap. Additional experience or knowledge in choreography, Ballroom, and Latin styles is highly beneficial.

We welcome applicants at all experience levels, whether seasoned teachers or dancers eager to transition into instruction. If your expertise includes additional dance styles not listed above, please mention them clearly in your application.

Ideal Candidates:

• Demonstrate proficiency in multiple dance styles (full mastery of all styles is not required).

• Show enthusiasm, motivation, and willingness to learn new teaching methods and styles.

• Are passionate about dance and dedicated to professional growth.

Compensation: Pay rates per hour or per lesson will be individually assessed based on your experience and qualifications.
